TRAINING COURSE: TRACES
2021-2022
Goal: a tailor-made course to hold the role and posture of consultant.
Specificity: a structured theoretical framework, conceptual and practical tools allowing
to be in a situation of effective consultation, a diversity of experiences, an international association
that can accompany you on a long term basis, a solid methodology.
SENSE-ACTIONS AND INSTITUTION CONFERENCE
from June 7th to 10th 2024
Goal: to better understand, through the experience in the conference, the roles that one takes on in institutions, so as to perform their transformation through concrete actions.
Specificity: By using the 5 senses, understanding which sensations condition our emotions and how this leads us to repeat our roles, in order to avoid or go through these same sensations again.
PASSO PROJECT
full year
Goal: to provide a space for reflection on career choices and improve quality of life in the workplace
through a series of consultation sessions.
Specificity: an individual training cycle, with spaced-apart appointments to allow a back-and-forth between the work
in training sessions and the experience within the organization.
CONFERENCE DESIRE ROLE AND INSTITUTION
November 30th and December 1st 2024
Goal: to explore the possibility of transforming the role one takes on in the institution and set it into resonance with one’s desire.
Specificity: a short conference, aiming at starting -or completing- the learning-by-experience and transformation of organization works.
WORKSHOP FOR THE BODY
September 18th and 19th 2020 in Turin
Goal: the body as a good for oneself and as a journey towards the common good. The body as a place of consciousness,
the body that expresses the self, the body that I am: the exploration of a truth as well as a tangible and fertile alliance.
Specificity: the workshop invites to an exploration of the role taken in the organization and interactions with others
starting from the place that the body takes as subject and interlocutor.

CONFERENCE ADVENIR: Identities and Management
(2020 dates tba) in Pointe-Noire, Republic of the Congo
in partnership with Avutann, RICE, RITI and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pointe-Noire
Goal: exploring and understanding one’s role, authority-taking and leadership
by linking them to the practice of management and to identity elements.
Specificity: a discovery project and an unprecedented meeting place in Congo,
to build together and better discern one’s place within group dynamics.
